Yeah, except I think he can actually shoot. He'll make some NBA coach happy.

Hopefully whoever is coaching the knicks.
Saddiq reminds you of everyone's favorite player, Mook Morris Sr. The bully ball down low, the accuracy of his 3 point shot and him making shots with defenders draped on him. The best part is him coming at a 3rd of the cost and potentially sticking around for the next ten years.

From everything I have seen, Bey looks a lot more aggressive on the boards and taking the ball to the rack. I know nothing about his passing. If he didn’t pass at all then I guess that and his 3 point shooting are similar to MM.

We can all agree that efficient shooters are a major need for the team. Most of our sharp shooters fell flat last season. When one of our guys line up a 3 pointer, the hope and anticipation level goes way up. A lot of times, it was at a crucial point of the game. I prefer that "thrill of victory" moment as opposed to what we've been getting
Can you imagine the following lineup? We could make some noise!
Lewis Jr - PG
Barrett - SG
Bey - SF
Randle - PF
Mitch - C
Who's better? Devin Vessell or Saddiq Bey? Generally ranked pretty evenly from scouting reports I've seen .. I don't really watch college basketball so don't have a good feel for this kind of stuff.
