Knicks · Would you trade for BOl Bol (page 1)

knicks1248 @ 6/9/2020 2:10 PM
I actually think Bol is going to be better than Mitch, his Inside outside game is 10x better than mitch and more suitable to today's game, he hits Ft's above 85%, and 3's above 40%, his handle is way better than mitch, all he has to do is get stronger and wiser and he's going to be a a problem.

You may not even have to give up Mitch to get him, maybe Brazdeikis, frank or DSJ .

He's a 2nd round pick playing in the G league, how much can they really want for him, it would at least make up for losing KP who has a very similar game.

What are you basing this off of. Bol's shortened college season or his G-League stint? The reason Bol plummeted in the draft is he is a huge injury risk. Bigger than KP. Bigger than MPJ. We could have had him if we wanted him. 30 teams could have had him. The doesn't flash red to you?

So many homer's on this board it's useless sometimes..

If we drafted BOL everyone of you would be gun ho about his potential and how is only 19/20 yrs old.

Then I gave 3 ppl as a possible trade, but NYKR only saw the name frank, and caught a titty attack.

You talk about an injury risk as if frank and DSJ have been a healthy duo

Both Mitch and Bol sank all the way to the 2nd rnd in their respected draft classes, and both have a ton of work ahead of them.

He's has just as much potentially as any young player the knicks have

We haven't got a single big man that shoots 40+% from 3's and not a single player on the entire roster shooting 80+% in ft's.

All I'm saying is I think he's worth the risk depending on what they want for him

If we drafted Bol, I would still contend that we should keep in the G-League because he's not ready. What his position? Who can he defend? Mitch is the all-time fg% leader. Yes, the NBAs all-time fg% leader. Bol Bol shot 36% from 3 in the g-league and played less than 20 minutes a game. How can you speak to his potential? None of us have seen him play an actual game against NBA players. He's been on inury management for nearly the entire season. It's one thing to say I like his potential. I kinda like his potential as well. But what are you basing you're opinion that he has potential to be better than Mitch on?

He was hurt, missed most of the college season, recovered, and place on injury management. He dropped because his foot injury was that scary, despite having lottery talent.

put in RJ we can prolly get this done. I like the idea of Mitch and Bol together. They would block like 40% of all shot attemps

Cuban will just laugh at you. You might need to add a 1st rounder. I would put a top 10 protection on it though.

Ok...did anyone see BOL last night...16 and 10 with 6 blocks and few PG like passes.

IDK if Denver would even consider trading him now, but a front court of Mitch and Bol would terrorize the Paint.

Denver played BOL SF, Jokic at pg, Plumlee at center, thats three 7" footers in your starting line up

I would trade

Knox
Randle
Dsj or frank
two 2nd rnd picks

BOL
will Barton
Jerami grant

If Mitch had played 3 full seasons, that would be one thing. Mitch has barely played. Shown more than enough for you not to keep talking about moving him. Dont get the impatience. Especially now.

So you know why people dump on you so much? It's stuff like this.

Only 5 big men in the entire LEAGUE shoot over 40% from 3pt land. And there are 3 guys on the Knicks who shoot over 80% from FT.

Use this website before you just make up stuff: https://www.basketball-reference.com/
