i know nothing about these guys but like the general approach

Hiring the smartest people, getting the best trainers and coaches and facilities, does NOT count against cap. Brings back memories of when Riley joined and revisited everything top to bottom to try and make us a winner.

This guy's so smart, I don't even understand what his new job actually is or what his previous job was either. I don't even understand any of his listed achievements!

Phil was definitely smart. Maybe he was behind the times. But it now seems he didn't have the drive and energy needed and he didn't surround himself with enough smart, hungry, ambitious types sharing his vision
