It has been a sad weekend. First, Chadwick Boseman dies and now I find out Cliff Robinson died. Both men were under 55. Cliff was a rookie when I started really watching the NBA and that late 90s Portland Trailblazers team was one of my all time favorites (terry porter, Clyde Drexel, Kevin duckworth, buck Williams, Jerome Jersey, Robert pack, and Cliff robinson). That was a great team and I watch this man grow from a rookie into a great NBA player. Thanks for the memories Cliff and may God comfort your family.

I went to school with him for 3 years. Real nice guy loved by all.
Would play pick up and take it ez on us. Biggest hand I think I ever shook in my life — enormous hands. He has a stroke in his home almost 3 years ago. Just horrible horrible horrible when a person dies pre maturely. Just incredibly sad— makes other stuff truly trivial

Terrible news...I remember him at Uconn. He helped lay the foundation for Jim Calhoin that envetually turned into on of the top programs in the country. SIP!
