Yeah he looks really good so far. Even his defense dosent look as bad as advertised. Once he can get a more consistent shot he’ll likely be a star. Charlotte have done a really good job of managing him as well.

A house owned by Toronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry has been listed for sale in Toronto, multiple sources have told AllRaptors.

The house, shown in an episode of Open Gym, was listed late on Monday afternoon.

Lowry is in the final year of a $31 million contract extension he signed with the Raptors in 2019 and his future with the organization remains unclear.
"That boy is grand, man. I don't want to push his retirement," Raptors president Masai Ujiri said of Lowry prior to the season. "I will say this of Kyle, he's been incredibly respectful to the organization, and we will have that same incredible respect to Kyle anytime. Every day. There's no doubt about that."

The Mavericks do not plan to resume the tradition to play the national anthem before games in the future.
Cuban, who declined further comment, made the decision after consulting with NBA commissioner Adam Silver. The Mavericks did not announce the change in policy, but the national anthem has not been played before any of their 13 preseason and regular-season games at the American Airlines Center this season.
No players, coaches or staffers from other teams have mentioned the change, according to a team source.
The NBA's rulebook requires players to stand during the national anthem, but Silver has declined to enforce that rule, particularly as kneeling during the anthem became a popular way to protest social injustice in recent years. The vast majority of NBA players and many coaches kneeled during the national anthem during the NBA's restart last summer in Orlando, Florida, when the league incorporated messaging supporting the Black Lives Matter movement and other social justice causes in the court design and other ways.

Good, it's so outdated. For fans that need to hear the national anthem every game, they can just play it on their phone before the game and stand up in their living rooms, if it upsets them so much.

People have speculated that this may have been the deal with Westbrook last season and Mo Bamba now. I hate to see anyone deal with this and I hope it drives home the point that this thing carries serious long-term dangers.

Agreed, (I suspect that’s also why Aron Baynes has also been so poor this season, he said he had COVID bad in the offseason and it was taking him a lot of time to get back to health). In some ways my fear about this virus hasn’t been so much dying, but becoming permanently diminished by it- I’ve had a lot of clients with chronic pain, fatigue and long term health issues, and you really don’t appreciate what it’s like to be pain free or at full health until you lose it.
