He could provide quality play for another three years, but it's a gamble. Not too excited about the Bucks future tho.

TPercy @ 4/4/2021 4:44 PM
Jrue is nice but Bucks are on drugs for that. Seems like a case of sunk cost fallacy for them.

What does that contract do to resigning say a Julius Randle?

Nothing. Julius is going to get a max deal, one way or the other.

How things have changed in a year.

Steve Nash intimating that James Harden AND Kevin Durant will play against the Knicks tomorrow. Of course.

I love the current Randle, but I do not love the idea of Randle on our books for $160m over 4 years. We should trade him.

I'm sick of opposing teams players magically being healed in time for their first game back vs us.

1. Crazy that Van Vleet WAR is so high.
2. That Gorbert and Capella are that high also. A few or you were shitting on how much they get paid. I guess that justifies it.
3. That one French player is doing well does not correspond to Frank directly does it? We go right to tony Parker every time? Tony was special. Frank is not thus far. WE get it. At lease he is better then Fred Weis? Tilt to Artest rant and find a documentary of “were is Ed Tapscott now?” Rumor is he changed his name and had plastic surgery and is now Scott Perry.

Feel like the Knicks as a whole would get a similar bump in a bunch of their players if they had a starting level PG whose focus was to pass ala Ball

Perfect replacement for Grant, as long as he's satisfied with not being a primary creator. I agree, we need another solid playmaker. Not sure if Ball is the answer, but he wouldn't be bad. I remember how much better the offense looked when Rose came in with a playmaking mindset. We have guys who can do it, but it's not instinctual..

I was a big fan of Jackson when he was at UNC. Thought he was readymade 3&D guy, but he doesn't seem capable of doing either at an NBA level.

I guess Paul Pierce was too drunk to remember ESPN is owned by Disney, he WAS happily married and has three kids, of which two are daughters. Filming while getting massaged by a hooker is not where fathers and husbands should be. Few times does being an asshole on the court actually spill over into retirement off the court.
Being a clutch shooter does not entitle you to a life time of privilege. If the marriage is on the rocks he needs to check himself into rehab, do right by the wife and kids, and then do the god thing.
I doubt he needs the money but “damn son”!

From my standpoint, the video wasn't that bad. But Paul has to realize that his employer is Disney. It appeared to me that he was slowly being phased out before this was happening. What does Paul offer ESPN that can't be replaced. They're will always be a former AllStar/HOFer ready to retires and fill that spot. Vince Carter already looks primed and ready to step in. Pierce isn't even worth the slightest headache.

I’m married now 34 years and have a grown daughter. From a guys point of view its not bad but trust me my wife would not be too cool with that.

Im a man who has been a champion for my daughter and she would not be thrilled to se me on the internet contributing to a whole layer of sex trafficking even if not direct? I did teach my son that my work and my created privilege does not entitle me to do what ever the hell I want.
Granted, this is where I’m coming from as a happy married man. I don’t want to be judgemental on those have and are ok with it. There are circumstances. If Pierce and his wife are sort of estranged anyway thats his choice. Not thrilled its a good look for his daughters to see but thats on him. If IM ESPN I fire his ass because there are judgemental viewers that are put off. I could give two shits and fuck what he does but if Im buying ads on ESPN I might.

I've done some rather unsaintly things in my day but it just has never occurred to me to record them and post them online.

He was plastered out of his mind. I think most of us have at least one friend with common sense who would be like "Yeah, this ain't a good idea..."

Even drunk as hell most folks have the common sense not to record themselves with strippers...most companies would probably terminate the employee ....all employees represent their company whether they know it or not...
