seems the most likely... but we'll see.
Well then if he isn’t coming here let’s still drive up that contract price 😎

That will not happen as the Celtics are over the luxury tax ... plus the pacers aren’t going to give up turner one of there best players with no one to replace him at the center spot....
Realgm article saying Hayward is focused exclusively on the pacers
Ack, it's over- lock up the thread

I thought Hayward would've loved joining teams with a fellow Trump supporter...eff him, hope he breaks his thumb whacking off on some PC game. Will probably hurt himself on opening night. And eff the Celtics. Turner is a legit upgrade. RJ and Obi don't need no has-beens in their corner anyway.

Happy this happened I was nervous about signing a guy that’s injury prone and a shadow of his former self and the media would rip this front office’s head off if he goes out with a serious injury
Let’s do the right thing and try and sign FVV and move randle
Well that’s a buzz kill.
Is there a way for us to get brogdon to help facilitate hayward to celtics?
I hope the front office knows not to panic, time for them to pivot and start with the Plan B scenario, at this point the role of the knicks in the Hayward situation is just leverage. We dont need a home run here, just stay on track.
Haywood is a trump supporter? We know this or just assume all white players from Indy are as such?
I dont know if there is any truth to this, could it be a reaction move?
Westbrook to knicks for RJ and knox.
Please dont make it true, but this is a classic knicks move

At least his wife is. They might've kept their support closer to the hilt this last election. I dunno know, just venting. Wish him all the luck in Indy.

I was honestly warming up to the idea of Hayward in combo with FVV, but honestly if one isn’t coming then might as well go the same route we went last offseason and sign guys to flexible one-or-two year contracts.
Eh, too rich for my blood. Have at it Pacers.

Way too much.
Ha, we should just back away. I wanted to stick it to Boston, but this is just boring. Glad to hear we aren't giving him a godfather offer.
I never understood this infatuation with Hayward. Fine player, but not the superstar to lead us to the promised land. Plus he comes with tons of emotional baggage. The way he dumped Utah was not pretty, now making noises with Boston. KP-style diva. Not worth it for us, IMO.

ha! When you see the teams he's played for and wants to play for, it's clear he was just using us
