Dotson signed a 2yr/$4m deal with the Cavs. It seems as if folks around the league weren't sold on him as a solid 3&D player. (probably afraid of how damaged he is as a result of the Knicks' revolving door of coaching!)

Burks is a pretty good player. He's a bit like the Kevin Ollie of SGs, maybe the 2nd coming of Courtney Lee. He'll occasionally do something spectacular, but mostly will provide solid minutes off the bench without hurting you.
