He played 41 gms in 17-18, 32 games in 18-19, 0 games in 19-20 and is owed around 130mil over the next 3 yrs. He isn't a good shooter and relies on his athleticism, and odds are very high he lost a step or 2.

The risk is to great.

Wall is done. Westbrook and Paul can still both actually play in games unlike Wall who hasn’t played in more than 41 games in a season since 2016
