Wow. Davion Mitchell has moved up to 12 on ESPN big board. No doubt he's been the much better guard this tournament but I feel like they put too much stock in the tournament. Moses Moody shot down to 21! His offensive game is definitely a bit limited but cmon. Am I tripping? Do teams really put that much stock in the tourney?

Yes because sometimes it shows a lot. I honestly wonder if we get IQ if the tourney happened last year. He was on a tear and if it showed in the tourney no way does he fall to 25.

The only way that makes sense is if prospects are showing something that we haven’t seen before. Most of these guys are rising and falling for things that we’ve already seen in regular season.

Franz sold Mich today. Yikes.

Too often guys get double and triple and have “bad games” as they have to defer to others. This is Cades end of season. Shaq had to leave college because he’d face that if he stayed. Lots of plays have similar.
There are guys that get red hot and do special things but most players look delusional and fall off the radar when chucking. Briggs and everyone’s BUDDY BOHEIM had a nice run and then got shut out. “He made millions” said one fan with a good outing. doubt that. He’d been scouted well before a breakout game and given a rating. March madness raises rankings every year on mock boards but then by June they fall back down more often than not. Key phrase here, “more often than not”. I’m sure we all have players who shined in March and looked great did succeed. There are lots of Khalid El-Amin’s out there.

Suggs on a much better team not facing the kind of defense Cade has.
Posting it "the morning after" is impressionable.
Both players would look good as a knick.

Have to remember this is only 1 guy's ranking system. I feel like not every scout/GM moves players up and down so drastically due to the heightened visibility of these games. But that being said, it definitely makes a difference with how prospects are viewed to an extent. Quickley is the type of player who absolutely would have propelled himself higher with a tournament run as Kentucky's best player.

I know we need consistent 3pt shooting and playmaking and Bouknight might not be there yet. But I feel like with 1 of our picks we should be taking chances on guys like this. Give him 2-3 years and this guy is a star in the making. Love his confidence and attitude to the game and he has the RJ toughness to cut it in NY.

I like him too and he will be an nba rotational player from day 1 no doubt in my mind. Problem is I dont see him dropping past 15

I'm impressed by this interview. Definitely reads the court better than I though. I don't ever see him being a full-time PG, but the playmaking potential is there.

Yeah he definitely reads the floor better than most think but the next step for him will just be getting the executing down

Man....Mitchell would look good in a Knicks uniform.

How far will Juzang's stock rise? Late first round?
VDesai @ 4/3/2021 11:12 PM
No chance of us ever getting him, but my gosh would it be nice to have Jalen Suggs.
KnickDanger @ 4/3/2021 11:12 PM
What a finish.

Seems like an ideal candidate for the DET 2nd

Definitely. I see potential 3&D in his future. Suggs is a straight a bulldog. He would fit in with Thibs.
