They been interviewing everyone so you can’t really guess where they are going.
Clean wrote:OK, I don't usually care about NCAA but our need for a PG got me looking at these breakdowns videos. For the people in the know what can you guys tell me about Tre Mann? From what I am seeing from these videos and our deep need for a PG who can shoot with some playmaking he seems like a perfect fit for our draft position. Is there a good chance he will still be available when our picks come or would we need to trade up?
His playmaking isn't quite there yet but he is one of the most skilled shot creators in this class. He isn't the most athletic guard, but you buy his skill translating to the next level. ESPN has him at #20 and Wasserman has him at #17. It still early but I can't see him going above 14. He's a very realistic player we should target in the draft.

For the Warriors a sure thing might convince them to trade down. Wiseman is pretty raw and a wasted on a win now team because they really want to capitalize on Curry and Klay's window.
For other teams, they idenfity better fits lower in the draft. The Tatum and Trae trades come to mind

Ok, now GS trades down and uses wiseman, If they do knicks, they want randle and a pick or two? I assume we get the 7th pick and Wiseman. I’m not sure I do that but GS gets an allstar. Maybe We get Wiggins and we send Bullock as he costs less or they open space for Oubre.
Oubre
Steph
Klay
Randle(s)
dray.
Not felling that.
THis is convoluted. They need a rim protector. Mitch. My mind is gone now. Maybe someone can put something that makes sense.
I like Randle a lot. But Wiseman and 7th pick might be the ticket. Thibs with a young core like that might not be the standard “Thibs vet team” but its radical with big upside. We don’t make playoffs. Obi does not have much love ‘round here so that won’t fly. Its spitball abstract. Fodder for the off season. Not much more.

We are not trading randle he is going to stay with us for couple more years and wiseman is staying on the warriors for a while.

Their whole starting lineup was wings this past season? But they need more?

Derozan and Gay are FA and word is that its doubtful that either will be back so they'll be lacking outside of KJ.
Also Vassell kinda sucks lol

I've always felt that a team like the Spurs will never draft on need when they are in the spot they are in with a non-playoff team.
They'll go with the guy they think best fits them regardless of who else is on the team.
