Yeah...That was a gruesome injury...Haven't watched him play mush this year so I'm not sure if he lost a step or not.
He doesn't look as explosive. But even at 80-90%, he still more explosive than most of the league. Still, I'm not sure if he's at level to be considered a star. Just have to wait and see.

Yes the best teams do both. Like Boston, Miami, and Milwaukee are a mix of draft, trades, and free agents.
Dipo would be a nice addition to the Knicks, but not for the max. I thought that signing Kemba for the max would be wrong for us at our development trajectory, and now I think that so would be maxing out Dipo.
Adding Olapido— after a 5-10 game sample( and we see the same level of play) puts us as a player in this years playoffs. With Olapido and Burks added — we can challenge any team. I can easily accept 1 draft pick. It saves houston money because I think we can simply absorb his contract. Again I want to see healthy productive type play like this at the pg position for a good number of games but if shows it I’d like to try to improve this year. I’m ok with one draft pick in 2023
