. Pass. No way the Knicks are giving up their first rounders in this upcoming draft which is very deep. Even 2023 is supposedly a deep class and I believe high school players can declare again bu that time
For the record I don’t think this draft is considered deep. 2020 was deep. This draft is top heavy with potential stars but has less overall depth than last year. But that’s more the opinions I’ve read from the analysts who clearly get it wrong all the time.

NOTHING. You sign him into cap space in the offseason.
OR, if you have to, a second round pick protected out to mid 40s.
Martin agree 100%
Have watched the Rockets second most out of any nba team.
Other than the first couple he’s been very mediocre. He still has the physical explosion and the stats. But he’s completely inefficient in how he gets there. He command 20 shots and doesn’t shoot high %. While I’d be willing to take him with what u said. 2 Nd rd material I think pass otherwise and see what free agency brings
Briggs I thought you were high on Oladipo? A week ago you said he was a game changer for this team ?
And I am unsure I would deal for him either. Trading for him now would be to control the negotiations in the offseason. If we don’t plan on targeting him than a trade would be pointless.

I’ve heard for the past couple years that 21 is deeper

Yeah I guess opinions are really all over the place with this stuff.

Regardless...with no proof whatsoever, I believe this going to happen.
And to be quite honest, if this was ALL the Knicks had to give up to acquire Beal, it would be a STEAL for the Knicks. A NYK/WASH trade for Beal will probably also include a THIRD FRP and probably Mitch Robinson and Robin Lopez
