Their stats seem similar in college. Similar height. both bucket getters.
If the Knicks and mavs continue winning Thomas could be a draft target.
Obviously age is a big factor so hard to compare them. My concern with Cam Thomas is he's a great scorer but not a great shooter. I'd rather focus on adding a pure shooter in the draft if possible. Powell will have to be considered for a roster spot eventually though.

I agree. Just a random thought. Looking at picks 18-30 if we turn into a miracle finals team lol

Keep a look out for Davion Mitchell of Baylor in that 18-25 range. He's a PG who is a lock down defensive player and become a very good shooter. He's a Thibs player if i've ever seen one. He's tough as nails. Not a lot of upside but can be a good rotation guard for us eventually.

Ok I’ll take a look
Yea that’s about right. I would go with him over a combo guard in that range.

I still expect the Mavericks to fall in seeding. So many teams have around 15 wins right now you can easily fall to lottery.

Good call...He's been playing really good ball of late. I actually like him a little more than Butler because of his athleticism and play on both sides of the ball.
