So Lonzo may have played himself out of our trade range :( I would do 2 first round picks for him plus.
Ricky Rubio would be a noteworthy substitute, but he cannot shoot.
How about Devonte Graham? He is having a down year because his minutes were cut because LaMelo. He was averaging 18 and 7.5 assists last season. This year his stock has dropped ( 3rd year player)
It's time to buy!! Let's trade for him. His assists to turnovers is better than 3:1 this year. And he wouldn't cost us Quickley. He shoots around 80% on his free throws and last year he shot 38% on 3s on 9 ! attempts. This year he is 36% on 7 attempts from downtown. His shooting will improve and he could be our distributing guard making the game easier for everyone.
The only question is how is his defense? Does anyone watch any Hornets games?
HE’s been hurt and when little guys get hurt its not good.
No one's interested, and keep in mind Payons NTC, Rose is thibs guy, IQ a keeper, and no one really wants to trade for frank.
So who are you trading for him, and where will he get minutes from?
He's young and can shoot but doesn't seem like someone who moves the needle or fits what Thibs like in a guard. He's a small guy who doesn't really play D either. But he's still an option.

I think he's a restricted free agent next season. Mind as well wait.

He can Waive his NTC. But with a glut of guards why would charlotte even do that trade? Why even bring it up?
Why would Charlotte trade a RFA they like (might be surplus) for one unrestricted even if he did not have have a NTC unless they play him?
Here is how NTC works:
“Elf, we are going in a different direction and you won’t play unless we rack up injuries. XXXX team called and said they will play you if you accept a trade. Will you waive it?”
“Nobody wants frank”. It is is very impressive that you have gone thru 29 other teams rosters and scenarios to determine this. That you can speak on behalf of all teams is remarkable.
He put up stats last year but I don’t really know if he is really an upgrade for us. I would feel more comfortable with someone like Ball, who we can slide to the 2 or 3, and who can play with Quickley.
I'd love to get Ball but they will be asking for Quickley.
Is anyone even talking about Lonzo outside of the UK?
Lonzo is a future all star. Does not really have holes in his game anymore. 2 way player. They will definitely ask for either Quickley or Mitch and a couple of first rounders. Rivers, Knox are just not gonna get us Lonzo.
Devonte could be had without having to give an arm and a leg

He’s mentioned in a lot of places (I mean reporters of course, there’s no rumor the FO really wants him), but Lonzo has raised the numbers in the meantime and I’m afraid his price is pretty high at the moment.
I wonder If a deal with Toppin as the main piece could get it done. Cash him in before his value hits zero. No need to compound our mistakes. We hit on Quickley so its not the end of the world
He can shoot. Definitely worth a look and an offer

Do you just say what is on your mind at any given point in time?
What can he shoot and do you think he is good at it?
He hasn’t improved much which is a red flag to me. Would be best passer and he’s got a decent 3 ball but he is very inefficient. Definitely no trade but if we talking FA, most I would do is a 1-2yr deal with him as a stop gap option. It’s Conley, Lowry or Ball for me.
