So the trade deadline is over, the knicks still have 19M in cap space? Next up will be the waiver wire players! Is there a chance Otto Porter requests to be waived? I would rather get him than Drummond. Maybe Ferguson or the French teammate wouldn't make it to the line up to create a roster spot.

At the end of the trade deadline the knick have 2 1st rounders and 2 second rounders. Will that be enough to move up to the mid lottery next draft?

Wow. So they passed up Lavert and Allen for Bradley and Mullet.

Houston front office is clueless...SMH. They could have had Ben Simmons if they traded with Philly instead of the nets..

At least my dream of a Lonzo and Kahwi signing in the offseason is still alive!

Randle, Barrett, Toppin, Knox, IQ, and Robinson.

Wonder how much cap room that is?

Only about 50 Million committed.

Out of how much cap space?

Bout $113.5 million. Factoring in 3% increase.

we have 16 mill in cap space now we did nothing with , and a weak as hell 2021 FA corp.

Are you really concern about cap space?

maxing out Lonzo

LOL! He's a lockdown defender when it comes to the trade deadline!
Nalod @ 3/25/2021 3:43 PM
KNicks can use that cap space to sign guys longer than this year. Not saying they do.

I can see Aldridge going to Miami after buy out.
Blazers perhaps gets Powell to use his player option then they extend him?
Trent still plays behind Lowrey and VanVleet.
We can extend Mitch and perhaps trade him as well.
We regurgitated our pick back for Iggy. Not terrible day.
Frank lives on!!!!! Either no market for him or Thibs pet project.
Gordon to Denver is nice for them.
No Lonzo but

I guess in terms of this summer, it's a good thing Lonzo didn't get traded elsewhere if we didn't get him.

Yup we looking at 65m in cap space this summer.

TPercy @ 3/25/2021 3:55 PM
Rose 1 yr: 7m
Burks 1 yr: 8m
Bullock 1 yr: 8m
Noel: 1 yr: 8m
Mitch(extension): 15m

Leaving roughly 20m ish to throw at a PG, probably more if we sign our guys afterwards.

We'll have 37m in space for 2022 with 10m likely going towards Randle's max. Not a bad place to be in at all.

Let them burn. This is for the poison pill contract, motherfawkers!

(Yes, I know Morey's not there anymore...just let me have this one)

Have to say Frank is the Don. Better performing players have been traded for underperforming. But he keeps winning over coaches.
ekstarks94 @ 3/25/2021 5:08 PM

Looks like Thibs point guard will shake loose from ORL
