Lonzo not liking Nola is pure speculation as is the idea that Nola won't match. From the outside looking in, people assume Lonzo would want a fresh start when you consider that Van Gundy has taken the ball out of his his hands ( not completely) and has Zion playing power point forward.
That team is young, and they play in the open court much more than we do, so I don't think its a lock that we get him. Can't see Nola letting him walk for nothing. If we get Ball, it will be a sign and trade.

Either that or we will overpay him a lot (the offerq so high that the Pelicans would not match). If we bring him in, I sincerely hope this will be the first because I’m more comfortable giving them a certain asset than giving him a salary that NOLA doesn’t want to match.
