I’m not so sure. Many articles say that if Atlanta wins they get the 4th as a division winner. If that’s not the case, awesome as I know we have the tiebreaker, but many articles give more weight to the division win.

Division winner comes into play on a 3 way tie, which is only in play if both Hawks and Knicks lose today and Heat win. For a 2 way tie it's head to head as first tie breaker. We control our own destiny.
