Seem like 1248 needs us to give him a hug and congratulate him! Most of us thought it would take a miracle but not him.
Let’s not be neglectful. I’d start an “1248” appreciation thread so this way you need not keep soliciting the recognition. But there is just one thing we need to clarify: So basically your saying that the team Mills and Perry, who you so NOT complimented built a team that would be this remarkable and only needed better coaching?

It's great listening to talk radio and hearing the incessant amount of jackazzes jumping on the bandwagon. Before, you were lucky if the Knicks got a mention somewhere after the hockey scores.
Now it's "4th seed, we're the 4th seed! I love this team!!!"
I think we take the Hawks with a broom. Thibs is only going to turn up the heat, and this group of focused young men are in to it, and up to it. Sort of like VDesai, up and in it! Congrats, boss!

We have to do predictions?
What I think? Hawks in 6 games. What I want? Knicks in 5 and move on healthy.
Why? Hawks impress me and they have the depth on offense. A lot of things have to happen for us to win and yes, its very plausible it does. My reasoning? Lets just say it not about knicks failing but ATL succeeding. But do I have a strong conviction we lose the series? I don't gamble on games so I can't say I "Would not bet on it". Im not into the homer thing and respect the opponent. Don't matter what I think of Trae. I dont' really think of him but he is talented and he sure as hell wants to win as much as anybody. I think Thibs has done a masterful job outcoaching the whole league to get us here. I think he is "coach of the year" my many standards. That don't mean it happens. Maybe we discount what Quinn Synder has done this year? Best record and Mitchell hurt a good part of it? We laughed at Gorbert's contract. Anyone laughing now?

When I heard Barkley (a notorious Knick Hater) indicated that no Team outside the lakers plays as hard as the KNICKS on every possession. I was like WOOW, and kenny and Shaq completely agreed.
I wouldn't exactly call these guys Bandwagoners, because we were a really bad run organization and deserve the criticism.

Outside of Reggie and IQ, none of these guys were considered shooter when they came into the league. It's just...weird. I'm used to the Toney Douglass of the world bricking wide open three off the double team.

Agreed; I can't imagine Barkley even saying anything like that, let alone jumping on a bandwagon. I'm sure he'll probably hope we lose to the Hawks though.
