I like him at #32. Combo guard that can be a solid backup PG. Pat Bev style defense. Can shoot from distance. Ball pressure all the time. Can score on his own.

Should go late first or early second round?

Struggles to finish drives. Unimpressive change of speed dribble. Lack of a runner/floater. Shot gets blocked often going to rim. Back door candidate, defensive lapses.

Quickly has set the bar high but damn if the Knicks didnt get a couple more long aggressive 2-way guys in this draft.

Didnt know much about Grimes aside from being on the radar after a good workout. I think I missed this post otherwise I would have bumped it with the P&T article. I love how we get Thib's two favorites AND added a future 1,2s and some EU guy who is allegedly solid

Rose? Still iffy. He loves playing for Thibs but I’d lay even odds he can also go back to Chicago if they move some pieces around. Coby white not a great fit with Lavine.

Payton is a FA but realistic he is a deep bench player vet that can help teach if Rose is not back. Still, not where we want to be.
Frank?? He either played a prominent role or is jettisoned which is more likely given logic we all know.
Something is up. I can see Sexton or D’aron Fox as a knick next season. I don’t know how. The pick for Charlotte got deferred because something did not happen last night. I don’t know what.
Charlotte has Bouknight, Graham, Rozier, Monk (their “Frank”), Lamelo, and Haywood! Monk is expendable and Rozier is on his last year of contract?
Its possible the draft pick swap with Charlotte is a sort of trade and we use it back to them for perhaps Graham or Rozier?
That or its fodder for Clev or SAC trade as previously mentioned.

Knicks are curiously incomplete at the moment as are many others. The chess game has just started.
