Hopefully we can really develop a real Rivalry

This thread coming right after the lost faith thread on my timeline is priceless. But I agree. I don't think we'll be that competitive but we'll have much better pieces now to compete compared to last season.

I definitely feel like the NETS will never be healthy together for more than 2 weeks, but you might say the same with us considering we have a host of players with injury history

I dunno. Jury is still out on Nets.

I recently said my faith had been restored overnight

The Knicks and nets were both good in the early 90’s. Nets had DC, Kenny Anderson and Chuck Daly coaching. Would have been even better but Petrovic died

Well to be fair he's a passionate NY fan who only wanted the best for his team. Heading into FA we were all dreaming about our next potential All-Star PG. He had every right to be frustrated and disappointed. And so was I.

However landing a 4x All-Star PG 2016-2017-2018-2019 in KEMBA WALKER who also averaged 20 Points/5 assists last year has immediately turned our frustration and disappointment into excitement and enthusiasm.

Hopefully you can understand where we're coming from....

I don't agree with this.. the Derek Coleman, Derek Anderson, Drazen Petrovic Nets were pretty good albeit for a brief time and a long, long time ago.. and that was when we were close to the top

Knicks and Nets had a nice playoff series in the '90s. DC/Kenny were tough before injuries.
