I really really enjoyed this “Gone Fishin’.”

If he wins a championship with plays like this, I can root for that.

Jazz look like they all hate each other and are all leaving in the offseason. D-Mitch was pathetic, almost Randle esq.

Refs shamelessly tried to intervene in the 4th Q and still failed to get the Nets the win, made their loss even sweeter!

I don't know what was a more pleasant experience, the Nits getting swept, or watching KD's postgame cow in the headlights press conference.

Brunson outplaying Donovan? Mitchell pulling some Randle shooting stats

I am surprised none of them noticed the Flat Earth Kyrie joke. Kenny thought it was a random waterfall.

The nets winning culture really came thru

I'm guessing KD cares a little bit, Kyrie not at all, and Simmons doesn't know what he is thinking. Nash may be relieved when he gets fired. I recall some talk from KD and Kyrie that coaching would be "collaborative" when he was first hired.

I'm going to savor this a while longer

I do feel bad for Nash. He should walk and enjoy life.
They should hire Mark Jax. Keep the chaos coming.
They should make a run for JVG. That could be fun.
Seems the NY basketball gods are hell bent on a shit show. not sure this comes exceeds Isiah THomas dysfunctional shit show but the starphuched nature of nets and self exile of Harden, with Kyries flake persona, and Simmons is hard to beat.
smackeddog @ 4/26/2022 1:39 PM
It seems like Embiid doesn't like Harden- they have zero chemistry on the court, he wanted Beal before they had to pivot to Harden, Harden seems completely disengaged (again), and Embiid said after the game Harden needs to shoot more, but that's not his job to tell him that. Surely Rivers can't add ANOTHER historical playoff collapse to his resume?

Oh man Mark Jackson perfect!

If they flame out these playoffs- can the sixers really give him a max extension, especially with his reduced level of play? I don’t see any other team being okay with that (maybe the heat would take a gamble? But can you imagine how Butler would deal with him?).

Looking at the "Super" teams in 2022 -- Lakers miss playoffs, Clippers eliminated in play in, Nets swept in first round. Laying that out with no excuses, just results.

Not to mention what is the outlook for these teams going forward? Kawhi and the Clips I couldn't say, but I'd honestly rather have the Knicks' prospects over the Lakers and Nets. I think it's time for the horde to leave the starsearch/phuch philosophy behind.

ToddTT @ 4/26/2022 9:55 PM
Hawks peaked a year ago. Trae is garbage. It’s Deandre’s and Knox’s team now.
Clean @ 4/26/2022 10:21 PM
Told ya about the Wolves low IQ. How do you go for the steal there and give Ja the lane to the hoop.

Keep savoring it. This train wreck isn’t going away. Nets are about to give Kyrie a 5 year max deal and they will fire Nash and make him the scapegoat. By next October the people who know everything will again predict the nets to win it all because the Big 3 look great in training camp and preseason

And it will implode Spring 2023, again.

Lakers are going nowhere. Lebron is good as gone after next season. Don’t be shocked if he’s a Knick in 2 years
