He’s a fantastic option in the second round.

Mathurin or Davis please. Sochan if they are both gone but I think one of them will be there.

No thanks on Daniels or Duren.

I will be pleasantly surprised if the knicks move up in the draft to select Ivey. Il be all for it if the price in not Obi, IQ, Grimes and even Cam. I think they will more likely to stay at 11 or move back.

I thought all along the Duren is just a Mitch clone, very good athlete, good interior presence. Essentially if the knicks let mitch walk if they draft Duren they are just getting a younger Mitch on a rookie contract but it seems like Duren doesn't just live in the paint, he does have experience taking and making midrange shots.

For me the only reason the knicks should take Duren if they think he can be a center that can impact the team the way Bam and Ayton are doing in there teams. If Mitch walks it should not be panic time for the FO and get a center with the 11, Sims did a good job late last season. They can address the center problem with Bamba or Claxton or just make do with Noel and sims to man the paint( I seriously hope not, 😜).

Great news for him, bad news for draft coverage! Also scores out any remaining hope the blazers would trade 7 for Randle

Nalod @ 5/27/2022 2:05 PM
That gonna how it works. Trade Randle, then “good riddence” him and make him the villian so we feel better about ourselves for some scenario that might not work at all?

But how many of Milwaukee's top seven scorers we're drafted when they won the title last year 🤔 Yes, it's good to have homegrown talent. But you can't be particular when you've been as trash as the Knicks over the years. The team needs assets through the draft, through trade and whatever other means are available.

Every team is different but the league is a copy cat teams the warriors and Celtics hit on their draft
Picks and hustled other teams for their picks too.

Knicks can’t be a Celtics or the warriors they got to do whatever works for them to get better.
