I'm very happy with our young core. We are one free agent sign and trade away from being a legitimate threat every year. Someone close to all star level or better. We have plenty of draft picks and short term contracts to make something happen. Just need to be patient for that player to come around. Until them stay the course and keep drafting young guys and maybe get lucky and really hit big with one of them. It's bound to happen one day. Quickly, Obi. Grimes, Mcbride, rj, rokas, even Randle is still fairly young. Randle needs another stud scorer. A go to guy at the end of games.

To be fair. We were not 10 games above .500 with Elf last year.
Elf missed 9 games last year.
We went 5-4 without him.
We had 35 games last where Elf finished in the negative in +/- point differential.
Elf was absolutely horrific on Offense last year @ PG and he was so awful to the point where coach Thibs couldn't play him come playoff time.
And with the Suns this year? He's horrid. Only 12 minutes per game and averaging only 3 points per game and only shooting FG% of .397%.
He's atrocious.
He's got a career low 7.5 Player Efficiency Rating this year 😅🤣
