Stop it.
He's got 9 points with 6 rebounds and is playing awesome today here in the 1st.

I think all our main kids are going to be special. They are all 2 way players. Grimes, McBride and RJ. They might not be superstars but with the right chemistry and effort they can do well.

So? I am with jaydh, Randle might have a good game here or there but we all know running the offense through ISO Randle is a losing proposition. Every single recordable stat in NBA history proves that point.
R.J. Barrett with an awesome 1st Q return.
5 points (2/3).
3 rebounds.
2 assists.
1 block.
but it was Julius Randle who absolutely balled out with 9 points and 6 defensive rebounds.

Stop it. He led us to the playoffs last year, MIP and All-Star.
You don't deserve Julius Randle. You deserve Eddy Curry.

Yup I agree although I believe at only 21 years of age R.J has superstar potential out of Duke.
And Obi Toppin too. Reminds me SO MUCH of a younger Amare Stoudemire. If Obi can improve that 3 point shot? He'll become dynamic.
Obi Toppin?
With a reverse dunk off an Alley Oop?@?
OH MY GOD!

So because he did something last year that is supposed to mean something this year? What kind of logic is that? I guess you are totally fine with him stop playing defense and lazily walking up and down the court because he did well last year? I am sure you are fine with his 40ish percent FG% and 32% 3pt FG% because he did well last year. I bet you loves all those turnovers. We see things totally differently. You can keep enjoying your ISO Randle while thinking of his amazing performances last year while this years team keeps losing and keep sinking lower into the standings.
This team would be unstoppable if we just signed Derozan like we should have instead of Fournier. Wasted too much money on him and Noel. Just mind blowing how bad that signing was.
Our young guys are really good and need to play more. Have to give a lot of love to the front office for their drafting.
Will echo what was said earlier about Randle, if the ball is moving we are tough to beat. There is a lot of grit and athleticism out there that can be unlocked when the ball is whipping around.
That wonderful start is almost fully erased and we are not even at half time yet.
Julius Randle with ANOTHER 3!!
