I don't do the podcast thing but I know there are some out there that are decent. I may also not understand how you are listening to internet radio to know if those are appropriate.

Yes, the hacks, gasbags, and bobos at WEPN 98.7 which broadcasts Knicks games are generally insufferable -- particularly when talking Knicks. However, the broadcast itself is excellent, as well as the post game, which almost always goes into analysis, highlights, and interviews with the coach and players. At night it is followed by Larry Hardesty and Gordon Damer who usually pick up on the Knicks topic and are decent, certainly relative to the majority of the vapid mouths at the station (save Alan Hahn).
YouTube, search “Knicks”. And once YouTube’s algorithm kicks in you’ll get recommended videos every day.

98.7 in NY doesn’t. WFAN is on the radio now app but it won’t play sporting events
