Knicks · Do we know anything about Rose’s injury? (page 1)

Seems like any details are being kept private.

That’s fine, but concerning.

I hope there’s no long term side effects. And we’re clearly better with him.

He is with team in a boot. It think I saw "evaluated in February". Not sure what that means. He is still weeks out. Just a guess.

Yeah, we know he’s hurt.

Seriously though, I read he is projected out for 6-8 weeks, and with the way this team delays with injuries, I would not expect him back before March 1st.

Rose is recovering from ankle surgery so it's not just an "injury." That took place a month ago when it was said he would be re-evaluated in 8 weeks. That would be in mid-Februaryish.

Him and Kemba have a lot of NBA miles and are fragile. I'm guessing the best hope is we make the playoffs and these guys get to contribute minutes in the crunch. I think we've seen what big regular season minutes do to them.

He had an injury requiring surgery, and we know nothing about the nature of either.

I hope it was something that won’t affect him going forward.

He’s out until April and wasn’t doing S before that. Had a good second half last season playing for a contract after we traded Dennis Brick Jr for him. Has basically one move now the running floater and sometimes he can drive past a mediocre defender taking a play off
