Letting Mitch walk…by the time Thibs gets done he will be lucky to walk. Anyways Mitch will probably be part of a Sign and trade for Brunson.

I really like Mitch, but this would be something I can live with.
The problem is that despite Bunson being good, he is not a player who will take us to a higher level. I’m afraid it’s all a rearrangement of pieces by which we won’t achieve anything unless we manage to put together a trade for the right player.
I like Mitch. But I also wince every time he hits the floor. Which is frequent.
I’d hate to see him go, but would understand it if we’re able to get back good value in return.
That said, I don’t trust the FO as much as I used to. So umm… fingers crossed.

This has been going on for 3 yrs now.. . You give him that 4 yr deal, he'll be playing a total of 40 games during those 4 yrs. Time to search for another Center that cant play D and stretch the floor with his shooting. No to Brunson!! He's looking for a pay day and when he gets it, he'll fall back in terms of his game. If we can get Dejounte Murray from the Spurs if available, you do what you can to acquire him. Only if he's available this summer..
Yeah we are in a tough spot. Mitch and his injury history makes him a backup to me. He hasn’t changed much in 3 years other than getting older and stronger. And I don’t see a lot of options out there. May have to go the Chicago bulls route. Rotate multiple defensive high IQ roll players at center. Put your money elsewhere.

Ain't many out there for sure
Letting Mitch walk is the next great stupid preventable Knick blunder
Just give him the 4 year $55 million extension already

They are both going to the pistons. This is even worse than KD and Kyrie stiffing us after telling Dolan for a year and half they were coming here. Why? Mitch is our freaking player and we had every opportunity to lock him up to an extension
