I gotta say… this doesn’t hurt at all.

This tank run has been beautiful

I dont like the rotation of Thibs, its an awful mix and unpleasant to watch. This has been his rotation most of the year and its not working, the results are not good. Thibs doesn't like changes and adjustments. He is a very good coach when things goes his way but if a wrench is thrown at him it seems he cant adapt.

Clean, your wondering when the knicks cant find a good point guard? Its their philosophy, rookies need to prove themselves first in practice the 1st couple of years before being trusted to play. Giddy and Maxey were just given the opportunity to play be it circumstances or coaching philosophy.

Second game in a row, our offense is humming in the 3rd with Kemba at pg, yet Thibs chooses to sun him out and finish the game with Burks who is by far the worse pg in the league.

He even double downs and keeps Burks on the floor in Ot.

My one thought on this is Kemba is on a minutes restriction. But honestly, although he had been sitting, he should have been out there for that last 3 pt attempt.

Lol Jesus, we suck. Collapse in Portland, followed up by this stinker to OKC.

Miss when the losses actually stung. Going numb on this team. At least we got that Fan Duel 5th quarter...

Clean @ 2/14/2022 10:18 PM

Those Magic games were red flags from the beginning.

Clean wrote:So what was the point of this game? We lost to another bottom feeder.

Cam gets 7min
Obi gets 8min
McBride gets 0min
Sims gets 0min
Quick get 14min playing out of position

If not for Grimes this would be about as useless of a game as it gets.

I wish I had it in me to just not watch anymore because this season with these lineups have become a big waste of time. We are really not accomplishing anything short term or long term. We keep losing to other bad teams and the kids are not any better for it. It's fast becoming a total waste if a season with nothing accomplished. I think management needs to step in and either force Thibs to sit the vets or at the very least cut their minutes and get the kids more time. Making the play in with these vet heavy lineups is beyond stupid.

Tonight will be no different. Awful OKC or not.

It's almost, predictable @ this point.

We just allowed OKC without their two top scorers to drop 127 points on us.

I couldn't care less about Evan Fournier's "29 points" because his atrocious Defense can't stop a nose bleed which is why OKCs starting wings dropped 51 points (and also dominated him on the boards).

As long as Thibs continues to start Kemba and Fournier we'll continue to keep losing until we become a bottom 5 lottery tank team

I'm not even mad. These loses don't frustrate me anymore. Because I'm already looking forward to the draft. Just know that DWC Defense Wins Championships and Kemba Walker and Evan Fournier = worst Defensive backcourt within NBA history of All-Time.

Gotta say I am now on the side of giving our kids a chance. Especially Deuce. As we have seen with OKC and the Blazzers, many of these young kids are very good, if given the chance. Tired of watching Burks try to be a PG and resulting in the only play being giving the ball to Randle at the elbow.

fitzfarm @ 2/14/2022 10:24 PM
It’s insane, thibs will not shake from burks and his clear hatred for kemba or reddish . Kemba had the offense rolling in the first half and 3rd quarter but no kemba the rest of the game and the offense was awful from kemba’s exit on … please reporters grill thibs, his stubbornness lost us the last two easy as f u ck games … thibs needs to be held responsible.
gradyandrew @ 2/14/2022 10:26 PM
Good thing we didn't make any moves at the deadline and risk messing up our chemistry.
Clean @ 2/14/2022 10:26 PM

Remember when Obi said he is fine with his minutes? Yea keep believing that. His frustrations are starting to manifest outwardly. For a no drama guy like him that is very bad. I see these things before they happen.

With that said I like burks but he isn’t a pg and he’s awful at running the offense and we suffer for it.. I don’t understand how we fans can see it as clear as day, but thibs refuses to change … it’s clear he hates kemba .

Same...Watching the Portland game and this one has me jealous of how these teams are building. I found myself going back and forth between this game and the Blazers/Bucks game. We are not a lot of fun to watch, maybe in spurts. How the hell do we give up 127pts to one of is not the worse scoring team in the league with their best player?

Wasn't Obi near-tears when he got pulled from the Pacers game? I remember Taj consoling him as they walked to the bench...

If we sneak into the play-in playing the kids, great! That's an accomplishment! If we sneak into the play-in with these vet heavy lineup's, it's pointless and stupid and not an accomplishment.

SergioNYK @ 2/14/2022 10:30 PM
As bad as Randle's decline has been this season overall, I think Thibs has been considered just as bad.
