I refuse to quit on him until at least his 3rd year next season with hopefully a real PG alongside of him.
Someone brought up a good point about Randle. He played 44 minutes and 30 straight minutes. playing 30 minutes straight is hard to do in the NBA. I can't blame him for playing bad at the end of the game if he is tired. That is on Thibs for only playing Obi 8 minutes.

Well kemba is most definitely a pg, and for the past 2 games had the offense rolling … why thibs doesn’t trust a 4 time all star who is know to be clutch and a bucket getter in crunch time ..
If kemba is healthy there is zero reason burks should be getting 4th quarter pg duties over him..esp when kemba is playing well. There’s no excuse for doing that we scored 30 plus pts for 3 quarters and bomb in the 4th with no real PG .
I understand kemba was a shell of his former self until these past two games I’m not denying that, but If he’s playing well you have to play him .

Anyone see the irony of Thibs riding the vets hard vs one of the youngest teams in the league and still losing. It does not compute with him how its possible kids can be better than vets.

Well, for one, that Kemba does not exist any more. It's a real shame too, dude is just a shell of a shell. Barely tries to even drive or get pressure to the paint.
I've always felt Kemba was decent but only because of his quickness and audacity to get to the rim; he has lost all of that. He has never really been a high level organizer of offenses IMHO, just very good offensively when his knees were right. To a lesser degree, same with DRose but he has evolved more; Kemba never did.

I think Rokas will have same impact for Knicks. Not as talented but same strain.

Rookie McBride should've been playing (12 to 18 min) in all of the Knicks last 10 to 15 games just for the rematch against OKC rookie PG Josh Giddey .. When it comes to the rookies the Knicks franchise ain't SSHUUTT
Also the reason why I called our defense idiotic is because if you look in that highlight how many times the weakside defender is in the paint. No matter how many times the ball handler finds the corner 3pt shooter we never change that. Thibs needs to go. Thibs always wants a rim protector at center. Well if you have a rim protector why do you need to have the weakside defender in the paint also? It does not make sense. Every poor shooting team shoots well vs us because every shot is wide open. We made the worst offensive team in the NBA look good on offense both times we played them. OKC was also missing their 2 best players.
Oh we lost to OKC? This tank is already at full power after the last Portland loss.

If not for Grimes this would be about as useless of a game as it gets.
RJ being out was a real opportunity to give Cam some serious minutes and get a feel for what he has for offer. But no, 8 minutes!
Thibs can say "oh you have to earn your minutes", but everyone, players included, know that just isn't true- starters have their set, guaranteed minutes regardless, and the younger players 'earning' only refers to whether they get 0 minutes, 8 minutes or 15 (with Grimes being the only exception).
