You aren’t going to win every game. This is basically a 45 win team though replacing Kemba with a functional PG and/or getting Drose back for 60+ games.

Rose hasn't played 60 games since 2017. When you trade for a player like Rose, you have to anticipate that he is going to miss a ton of games. Adding another injury-prone player like Kemba who also had played less than 60 games his last 2 years wasn't a smart decision.
