Rose hasn't played 60 games since 2017. When you trade for a player like Rose, you have to anticipate that he is going to miss a ton of games. Adding another injury-prone player like Kemba who also had played less than 60 games his last 2 years wasn't a smart decision.
In game 77 of a lost season, Obi plays 12 minutes

obviously
Yeah the 60 games is a pipe dream. Totally get that. A steady, durable player like Brunson plus Quickley and McBride serviceable at PG offsets rose missing a lot of time as long as he doesn’t miss the entire season like this year.

Did not watch the game since Randle played and ISO is an eye sore to me but you would think Obi earned a consistent 20 minutes but I guess not.

The first time we traded for Old Man D.Rose we wanted him as a starter, then and now D.Rose are a great backup PG u give 20 to 24 minutes a game to. Every team D.Rose been on since leaving Chicago wanted him as their starter. If u recall .. Coach Thibs 40 plus minutes in Chicago crippled D.Rose twice.
When Thibs took Kemba out the rotation .. Who do u really think coach Thibs wanted to replace Kemba with in the starter lineup for 30 to 40 minutes a night? Burks? or D.Rose?
Wow! The Knicks season starter lineup performance on the court in the 4th quarter had NO Defense, and an Iso offense .. 5 Knicks players padding their stats having no type of winning hustle in their performance.
Burks vs Ball
RJ vs Bridges
Randle vs Oubre

Maybe after Thibs watches the tape 10 more times he can come up with a reason.

He's getting worse...slows down our offense, losing he ball, and plays no defense. Can't wait to see him go. Head case!

Correct me if I am wrong but I heard Burks played the entire second half. It would seem like he would have needed a break more than Quick.

Plus our record shows we usually lose, so why is that 'rotation' set in stone and can apparently never be deviated from even though we've seen it on occasion be deviated from and we've won?
It's like saying "I did that because I always do that"- absolute nonsense

LOL - LMAO !!!
Playing Burks the entire 2nd half .. for what? To pad his stats with the other starters?
Plus substituting players one minute into the 4th quarter ..
Taking Sims out of the lineup, and putting McBride in the lineup, when the two rookies (center & PG) has built a nice win-win chemistry together on both side of court in their season practice sessions SMH
Taking Quickley out the game after his performance brang the score to 104-102 .. to do what?
To put in the Knicks season 5 Starters on the court who been playing like BUMS all season in the 4th quarter ..
The No-Chemistry Iso lineup .. MitchRob, Randle, Fournier, RJ Barrett, and PG Burks LMAO has been one of the NBA top worst 4th quarter lineups this season !!!
