Resign mitch offering maximum value wgat we can or if he walks he walks
Re establish Randle value. If mitch walks play him at times small ball center
Get obi 24 min no matter what
Draft best pg to me it’s jalen Williams at 11
Explore going to 4 for Ivey but I imagine not happening
Draft best player at 42( Justin lewis?)
Sign 1-2 udfa for westchester
Personally like Bryce Hamilton and one big
Into season large expansion of Iq role
Watch and wait for good defensive player to one year dealif mitch leaves. Doesn’t need to be a center(gp2for one year)or just keep plugging in young players to develop

Mainly we need to hopefully resign mitch. Re establish value in Randle
Increase Iq role. Keep rookie pipeline flowing and continue to integrate youth. For now

If Mitch walks, we have Noel. Injury plagued year after a terrific defensive year. If he was a free agent, probably the guy you take a one year gamble on. Guess we're just a step ahead?

Definitely the safe approach, and I agree. Won't move the needle a whole lot, but need to look at this as a development year. We have a lot of good young guys with plenty of room to grow organically. See if RJ/Quick continue to make strides. See if end-of-year Obi is legit. Do what you can to keep Mitch.

I'm not as draft oriented this summer - still need to find consistent minutes for Obi/Grimes/Cam/Deuce. Would consider packaging picks (#11 excluded) with vets to clean out a bit, or consolidating picks to move up a few slots.

If we do move vets, keep Rose and Taj for leadership and on-court coaching.

Noel is always hurt and is not as good as Mitch. Sims is a nice bench player but that’s it.
