Number 32 on Uconn Donovan Clingan---hes gonna be very special. Jordan Hawkins another possible late lottery earl 20's 3 point wing defense 6-5 super athlete. But Clingan is super special great hands feet touch and great on defense at 7-2 275

Clingan? Alex Karaban looked more impressive to me.

It will take a few years but karaban has a chance to be like a Gordon Hayward type player. But by next year clingan will be the main cog At UConn. The best player today for UConn is sanogo.

If I was Oklahoma I’d draft Zach edey. He won’t be a 32 min player but a Yao Ming like 24 he can split time with holmgren. 2 1/2 Game Center’s

In search of the next Quentin grimes;

Terrence Shannon- big wing who can defend and shoot, although a streaky shooter. His numbers and progression are very similar to grimes when he was at Houston.

Maxwell Lewis- small school player but putting up great shooting numbers and has good length on the wing. Better shooter but not quiet the defensive prospect as Shannon. Still both excellent prospects.

The 2 guys I keep watching are the Thompson twins. I know Tankathon have Amen at #3 but not sure if that'll hold or not. Ausar would be perfect for the Knicks.

Neither are distance shooters right now but they got defense, lateral quickness, athleticism, motor, break-down ability. They would be both on the opposite end of the fundamentals and seasoned spectrum from guys like Deuce or Grimes but I like them.

The Thompson twins are out of reach barring an injury to both Randle and JB. A guy like Leonard Miller on the G-League elite is an interesting prospect I'm our range. 6'10, intriguing mix of perimeter skills and good potential on defense. Anthony Black would also go a long way in this offense and defensive system.

Yeah I always viewed them as out of reach. Jett Howard is another guy to watch out for. Big wing who can shoot. And he’s got the bloodlines with his dad.

Who in the draft mocks to be a OG type player or a Grimes type of player? That is all I want to know. For the first time in a while the draft actually has a surplus of what the Knicks need. Wings, Wings, and Wings.

Grimes comp; Terrence Shannon or maxwell Lewis both fit the mold
OG comp; Taylor Hendricks is a sleeper that shares some similarities but that’s a tougher comp

I am going to check them out thanks!

Edit: Oh I like Maxwell… let’s not mention him again

Cam Whitmore looking like a super talented Wing, but my guess is he stays another year if he's not lottery projected.

He's going in the lottery. The only question is if he goes top 5. I gotta admit... He'd fit in nicely with the Knicks lineup, down to his errectic 3 point shooting.

I wonder if the FO is even going to try to move up in the draft this year. They might be feeling the pressure to deliver some good news in the offseason. Dont know how they would move up in this draft with Wembanyana and Scoot Henderson available. Special draft.

It depends I can see them taking two guys because this draft is stronger.whereas last year they probably thought the draft was shallow and unpredictable at #11 (which is sort of was and sort of wasn’t).

I think they take two guys.

We should have drafted Jaykin Williams this past draft. Maybe I got the name wrong, the one OKC drafted with the pick we traded
