I think if Washington wins play in game we get pick 15-19. If they lose it does not convert
To keep our salary structure ok going 4 ward having two picks in the late teens accomplishes a great deal for future teams. Now we are in position to simply keep the train rolling for many years instead of always being a term with multi needs.

Skilled kid, but I don't see him starting in the league. Just don't know who he guards at the next level.

So not worth the pick iyo ? I think we should draft best player with a NBA skill when we draft. Some one with a high floor. But I don't watch college so I will trust Brock on whoever he picks

Walt Perrin, he is the head scourt department dude and the brains behind college stuff.
Brock does his trade back magic thus making Perrin's job even harder but Walt got his eyes open cause now he's got even more picks to work with over the next 3 years

Hendricks awesome again
My wish list Trayce Jackson davis and Taylor Hendricks A 6-9 245 Antonio mcdyess 4-5 clone and a 6-9 230 3-4 with two way skills That would be a very serious upgrade over sims and a combo forward who also gives us the back up forward positions and a guy who can guard multi positions

Last years draft I pegged. Jalen Williams already blossoming to star on both ends of court

Thoughts on Ryan Rupert? Feels like an okc pick. Super young, don’t think he could make it here

Extremely skilled for a big. He was doing everything.

Extremely skilled for a big. He was doing everything. I could see him also playing F in the NBA. He looked like a man amongst boys. Had me asking’Who is this guy, I’ve never heard of him. Is he a freshman’. Apparently he keeps getting better as the season goes on.
7’ 230lbs from NY

Rising up draft boards. A bit too one dimensional for my liking, but has a definite role at the next level.

You think we couldn't have created enough cap space in other ways? With this front office and how they are creative? And also we were fined by the NBA with Jalen for starting negotiations early, so it wasn't like we didn't have time. Also, we can go over the cap to sign our own pick, so there is that. Seeing how we knew Thibs wouldn't be using Obi, I'd have rather moved him (or other assets) instead of passing on a talent like Jalen (not to mention Duren, Eason, etc.) in a deep draft.
I LOVE this team right now, but we could have done better last draft.
CanItGetAnyWorse@ 3/8/2023 8:37 AM
Looks like the Dallas pick will convey and the Washington pick is still possible (and still a moveable asset.) With Thibs as coach I wonder if the front office moves both picks and Obi for a plug and play player?
If not, we can at least move up a lot in the draft with the 2 picks and Obi. (I like Obi, but not with Thibs as coach. He needs a rougher defending type, not gazelle.)
