This is a deep draft
I’d focus on 2 positions
Back up 3 and a back up 4-5
Both I want 6-8 minimum
We prob can trade buy and udfa
The one guy I’d trade for using iq is Taylor Hendricks
If not my two guys to buy picks are olivier prospect and trayce Jackson davis
There’s a swarm of help now players howevrr

god I hope one of those late teams leap frogs the Mavs and we get that 11 pick
IF they keep it you know they are trading it for "help"
We need some luck for a change and to Dallas to drop out of the top 10. But knowing our luck Dallas would win the lottery

Y'all know that we don't have a pick in this draft, right? Unless Basketball Gods shine down on our 25% odds?

Several teams have multiple picks. Indiana has three firsts and a couple of second rounders, sure they would punt a pick for future first
Do we want a first rounder in this draft just so we can complain about the choice?

. Please God let this happen. It would be karma for Cuban purposely tanking

If we get, and keep, pick #11 - Cason Wallace. Tough Defender, need someone who can give Jalen a breather without us crumbling and up the defensive identity of this team.

Cam Whitmore is my preference and there is no doubt this would be a very hard trade up scenario but Cason second for sure.

Time for David Stern to pull some poltergeist shit and install some Karma integrity in the game.
Dallas moves back one spot and knick get the pick.
20% chance. Sounds good. 80% chance it don’t. Not so good. Same numbers different taint.
Sad thing is I want to like Mark Cuban. did the entrepreneur self made thing rather than being a rich kid with multigenerational wealth to get a team like Ibisha and worse, Dolan.
He makes it hard.

Might want to do some research on the above. No doubt Cuban is rich. ANd No doubt he got started the same way Gates did -- taking someone else's idea and running with it. That said what he ran with and eventually sold to Yahoo (close to 6 billion) was dumped by Yahoo a few years later. A lot of those shark tank guys are exceptionally skilled at selling lemons for big money.
Even so, i will agree he's easier to like than many/most of the other NBA owners

I don't know what debt load Broadcast.come held or how much cuban netted of the 5.7billion but the technology at the time (24 years ago) and remember Yahoo at the time was cutting edge leader in that space. The deal was awful but its not like Cuban duped them. He too the deal in Yahoo stock and sold a good deal of it.
Was he 100% pure about it? Im sure he took some liberties as most massive wealth accumulators do.
