Before anyone mentions a Melo return...

We're going to need KP to do better if that Wizards pick is gonna convey.

his long range highlights were dismal but he looks to be moving well. The in transition bounce pass is a reminder of how versatile he is. He had some nice non shooting highlights. Its easy to want to see him fail to reduce the pain of our disappointment.

Ok, so lets do this………

Forget the money aspect. Would we trade Randle for him straight up and then divide his minutes with Obi
Pair him next to mitch and play him at the 5 at times also.

Haha -- trade Randle thread! Putting aside my strong dislike of Douchezingis and my supportive stance (nose thumbing the mob) of Julius, I would admit a healthy KP in his prime is quite a thing and such a swap might be a plus. But that's the point - healthy he tends not to be. And Randle may have issues, but KP is, well -- a douche.

I’ve missed seeing her cover the sport.

They have a 3 year window with this core. Kind of textbook process of success and failures. Be fun to see how it all comes together if Zion can fulfill the promise.

Knicks have higher hopes for RJ.

All honesty this makes RJ’s contract looks better. I like him a lot more than I like Herro as a current player and based on upside.

Hell yeah - defense included for one.

He's not wrong

Kareem carried the torch after Bill Russell in his own way. He has put himself in the arena for provoking thought.

except RJ was not a very effective defender last year and Herro has much better offensive #s

Today Herro is a better player... hopefully that plays out differently in the future
