Can you imagine if he were on the Knicks?
Remember that picture that had Zion, KD and Kyrie all in knick uniforms together? We dodged three bullets.
And remember all the clowning the Knicks received for their “fail” in acquiring them?
Cam following up a promising performance with another disappearing act against the Lakers.
Good night for the Knicks not just winning but Hawks and Heat losing. Knicks have a good shot at that 5th seed.
Anyone see the final Mavs-Wolves play?

How many games would the greatest trio of KD, Kyrie and Zion played together? 2?

That was ALL about two guys playing against social media for the final shot rather than the Wolves.
They might figure it out, but man, those two together also have huge potential to combust.
And apparently some fans thought Luka seemed disengaged most of the time Irving had the ball during the game.
I’m curious what Portland is doing. Felt like they retooled nicely adding Grant and Hart to a team that has Lillard. Perfect pieces next to him. Now they just hand Hart over and are starting Cam. They are in a weird spot.

Part of the reason they had to let Hart go is that they want to re-sign Grant. Hart's player option made that risky. Cam is also a free agent so they have to see what they have. They also have Nasir Little and Shaedon Sharpe so they can piece together a wing rotation to get them by. Cam providing decent minutes would solve a lot of issues for them tho.

You gotta think it was a lot about money.

Yep. They risked losing Hart for nothing anyway. This way, they receive a first rounder that's likely to convey and player who's like a scratch off ticket. He likely won't hit, but what if he does?
It will be interesting to watch the raptors now w poetl. They are a big big lengthy team w a lot of skill. I would expect their d to improve
Cam got 18 points for the Blazers last night! Seems he shot pretty well from the box score. That's about all that appeared on his stat line other than minus 14 his and his team lost by 25 points. Have no idea whom he was guarding but Kuzma and KP combined for 61 points on 21 for 35 shooting. Good with the Hart trade here.

Lol. Possibly true in that alternative universe. And Zion would have forced his way off the team as a RFA to get away from those two sensitive SOBs.
But hey, Donovan Mitchell would have been a Knick. Somehow.

1 rebound in 33 minutes. But ouch looking at those rebounds for the starting unit...Eubanks had 11, 6'2" Dame grabs 10, next closest starter has 2.

We call that The Obi.

After just a couple of games, it already looks like we're getting returns on Hart. Good trade for this season, as Thibs didn't trust Cam enough to give him minutes.
More power to Cam if he can carve out playing time and a big contract. He just comes across as one of those players that never quite puts it all together. Portland has a lot of hungry young wings too - they're trying out a lot of players to slot in alongside Lillard. Portland's in perpetual mediocrity and don't have a good path to improvement outside of one of these young wings to separate from the pack. Simons already seems to be a guy that broke from the pack on offense, but I reckon they're looking for a 15+ppg two-way player who can give more than Hart at a lower cost.
