I’m here for all of it.

F#ck waiting for organizations to give you your flowers…videos like these will live forever in the internet and can’t wait to see more them.

I hope D. Rose does one.

Jordan sold his share of the Hornets for a 3bil valuation. not sure how much he was holding but he was majority owner.
He sucked as an owner but made a ton of money.
For all his competitive instincts and reputation he sucked with Wizards when he was in front office. There were many issues, one being his pick for Kwame Brown.

And they like "Who is this person, does he work here"?

Someone told me that I. Thomas was just hired for a front office position with the Suns? Has anyone else read this anywhere?

I used to defend Thomas and his time with NY….blaming Dolan for FORCING his hand in all those bone headed trades and signings, but after seeing this Beal trade, this is who he is.

….And I like Beal, but that contract is terrible! I wonder what Vogel thinks about it and if he had any say in it.

I think Issiah slithered in and has a "Consulting role".
Seems new owners like a "Rasputin" type to bend their ear.
Personally, for what suns are trying to do its a good move. They are starphuching a build and become good "villain's" for the rest of the league to hate on.
Logically they trade Ayton for some pieces. We know Indy like them, but still? Read Monty did not like or want to coach him or Jae Crowder. Well we can assume Detroit won't make a play for him!
Not sure they make a play for pg, but they need playmaker. They have shooters.
In my mind they are emulating Heat model. Key is role players on cheap contracts.

Rasputin - great analogy.

Sarver hired the now great Steve Kerr when he bought the team. Thought was MDA needed more defense. They got Shaq as a short term rental and make a splash. It did not work out.
It was part of the end for that great team that could not get thru Lakers or Spurs of that era.
Kerr back to the broadcast booth until Phil Jax came knocking………..
Not the first time a new Suns owner sought council.

I’m gonna love watching drunk Boston fans tearing into Douchingis

Clean @ 6/22/2023 12:35 AM

Whoever is the new GM of the Wizards is one of the worst GM's of all time. I have not liked any of their trades or almost trades. I gave them a break with the Beal trade due to no trade clause but the others ones are looking bad too. How is it the Celtics who are getting 2 1sts and the Wiz don't even get one. I give up.

I like this trade a bit more for our standing in the east than the one that fell through. Celtics trading Smart is a lot bigger than people expect. Porzingus is a perfect big for BOS but he is injury prone. A bad injury from him and no longer having Smart to be the heart of that team might cause problems unless they flip those 2 1sts for another good player.

LivingLegend @ 6/22/2023 12:38 AM
Going to predict Boston now trades J-Brown, R-Williams and maybe 2 picks from Grizz for D-Lillard.

Lillard, Tatum, KP == big 3.

LivingLegend @ 6/22/2023 12:42 AM
I have to assume the reason the prices on the KP trade is due to the new contract he will be getting - otherwise no idea why he was basically just traded for Tyus Jones straight up.

By above I'm saying they got 2 #1s for Smart so rest of the deal is basically KP for Jones - I think.
