Bad judgement. But I believe in RJ.

Will we reach that potential? that is a question for another day.
My definition of a fake comeback is one where they get close, but the other team goes on a run to end the game. This one went to the last few seconds. They stayed mentally tough, fought to the end.
Fake comebacks don’t usually go down to OT
Obi thrives in an uptempo offense, definitely not what we watched tonite. Hope we can pick up the pace going forward.

Not for nothing but RJ needs some of that Obi treatment by Thibs
Knicks to extend Hart and Kourtney for three more years

Julius Randle haters still win because he 3levated his value tonight!

It's cool we just have different definitions of what that is. My definition is when the Knicks are in a game where it looks like we have no chance of winning only to comeback and find a way to mess it up at the end. Stuff like the Randle fouls, RJ missed layups, hart reaching fouls and allowing tip back offensive rebounds are what helps make it a fake comeback. We kept the charade going for longer because we actually have a PG now but it's still a fake comeback in my eyes.
Loss squarely on RJ.
Positives are Cam & Randle.
Impressive to get back in it, but they were missing JJ. Should have won this won.
The officiating was a disgrace and the reason we didn’t take this one

Absolutely. Meanwhile Barrett, Toppin and Quickley are supposed to be our three best prospects and give us stinkers.

It was a bad night… a positive way to look at this is maybe the Knicks have a lot of good youth. Like I know it’s a crazy concept but maybe the Knicks have a bright future….
I feel a little like when Aemond lost his eye after riding Vhagar. I will take the loss in stride because we got to see a whole nother side of Cam.
What's up with Obi and IQ? 3-18 is still better than 1-9 from those two.

It wasn't Fake .. the Grizz rotation ran out of energy in the 3rd quarter, and Randle's Bully-Ball took advantage, along with Cam Reddish 2nd half scoring explosion as the 3rd scoring option.
Barrett's 1-9 FG shooting in the first half should've made Barrett keep passing the ball in the 2nd half.
A 3 pt loss .. coach Thibs and Brunson has yet to set up certain plays for Fournier to get open jumpers.
We all know Fournier is a catch n shoot scorer on the perimeter (same as Allan Houston).
Forcing Fournier to dribble the ball on every touch to get open without any pick or screen has been a waste of good talent.
Tonight, MitchRob should've stayed on the court till he fouled out (like Randle) .. the Grizz killed us on the boards 64-54

I have never seen a player miss so many shots at the rim in my life
I just wanted to win. But I’ll fall on my sword if we can get similar play out of cam reddish. That makes us a different team. Still the chances we had to win makes u Ill.
Where’s the Thib haters at? I thought he did ok even though I missed the beginning of the game. I started watching when the announcer said, this is the biggest lead for the grizzlies.
I don’t blame this on Thibs but it’s ashame the way this FO built this team, with so much depth. I know that’s a good problem but I think it’s a bad problem when you gmhave guys like cam who will get pushed back to the bench once grimes is back. Thats how deep we are. But how do you decide how much to give cam if he doesn’t play? I hope this game forces thibs to give cam more PT and increases Cams confidence. He has the talent this team needs.
The only way Cam saw PT lastnight was due to an injury from grimes. What happens to cam when grimes is back?
RJ was a little too excited to start the season, I’ve been there. You play great leading up to the 1st game and then you crash due to opening night jitters. This will lite an even bigger fire under RJ. He probably at the garden right now shooting a million jumpers. I’m not worried about him.
I am worried that some of our youths will continue to get buried due to this roster makeup. But Thibs did fine yesterday. He could’ve been better but so could everybody. But I like how Thibs rewarded cam with PT due to his play.
