Just don't play him. Next year he is an expiring

No no, no giving away free picks for a 34yo player, this ain’t Steve Mills territory

Well it’s as much to eliminate Fournier as well.

You can do that for free, just bench him. Except when he gets hot tonight against Celtics.

Yes I know it’s that simple but there’s a team dynamic and locker room element to these things as well.

Are you saying he’s a problem in the locker room? If so you are basing that on no evidence I have heard of. Really all you are saying is “I don’t like him make him leave!” Just be real about it instead of this attaching #1s for washed up vets and locker room nonsense.

Not saying anything about him being a bad locker room presence. I have never heard anything like that. But we can’t be ignorant to a player who is brought here to be a starter and paid to be a starter getting demoted. I believe the best locker rooms and team dynamics are ones where everyone is accepting of their role. These are competitors. And no one wants to attach picks for washed up vets. I’m willing to attach a pick to resolve the elephant in the room if it’s for a clear upgrade. It’s as simple as that.

I applaud people thinking of ways to improve team but this would be horrible

We need alpha types who don’t crumble under pressure

Hayward out.....
