Towns was maybe the best low post player in the league early in his career. Like Zach Randoph. Amazing coaches have no use for that talent anymore. He was so good at it.

So far, I love the pace we are playing with. Think Knicks learned something from watching the Celts game film. And I am sure Thibs made them watch it over and over again.
Still need to have a good second half though. Game not over.

His 3pt shooting is for real. Impressed with how he has turned that around. Shows a great work ethic.
Trying to catchup on the first half and I see more Obi passing highlights and more importantly an RJ layup in traffic highlight.

Cam Reddish defensive talents are better along side the bench lineup, but Cam's talents are more needed on the Knicks starter lineup, because MitchRob has been the only defensive player on the Knicks starter lineup since Bullocks left.
Last night game vs Celtics, at the end of the 3rd quarter announcer Walt Clyde said, "Whatever team play DEFENSE in the 4th quarter will win the game.".
It wasn't two minutes into the 4th quarter (Celtics have 5 pt lead) when Tom Thibs takes D.Rose & Quickley out the game for Brunson & Barrett.
The Knicks scored 22 pts in the 4th quarter (7 pts belong to Obi) compared to the Celtics 32 pts.
D.Rose leadership has been the Knicks TOP winning CLOSER player for 2 seasons ..
Free D.Rose .... And stop TANKING using FAKE star players !!!

D.Rose leadership have players moving without the ball, ball movement, and chemistry.
Brunson & Randle have teammates standing as statues on offense/defense in a two-touch offense.
The D.Rose, Quickley, Burks, Obi, lineup were always better than any lineup having Randle & Barrett in it.
You must be a big fan of Leon Rose extension, and Tom Thibs foolish coaching !!!
You did it bro. Figured out how to realistically fix our problems. Just email Rose tomorrow and let him know we should trade RJ, trade Randle, fire Thibs and start IQ, Rose, Obi and of course BURKS. Details on replacements to follow. Relative info to be ignored.

Small reminder, the game we were talking about consisted of Obi being a -22 and IQ a -16.
So "always better" may have some holes.
In the game we are talking about, Thibs ran a 9 man rotation, and the 4 bench players average 13 minute of playing time for the game .. Today. Thibs are playing a 10 man rotation, and at halftime 5 bench players average 8 minutes of playing time each.
If u dont see the differ ......
Wish RJ would work on using the glass, could be a gamechanger for him.
