I think Drose finding some rhythm and his legs has been discounted. EF deletion is one thing, but DRose playing better is very important.
Reddish earning Thibs trust to play thru spaz moments.
EF deletion is a factor.
IF RJ sucks and the team wins, does RJ really suck?

Reddish, Brunson, Hart are all integral pieces playing major min and they and rest of team has to get used to them.
Also the “new Jules”. Dude looks like a spiritual cult leader at times out there. Im digging this version of him.
Whats up with RJ? Fans perogative to give up on him. Inconsistant output stains his cred. We often see a big surge of growth after a string of ugly games. Is he sick? Injured? If so Thibs trusts him over EF. His worst two games and two road wins. Thibs must thinnk he is closer to playing thru what ever. RJ is playing like he an allstar having a bad day. Been a few too many I suppose.
Lucky fans need not worry about being decisive about what to do.

Lets hope the kid puts it back together and makes one of his ascension growth spurts in the aftermath. Jules is carrying the team for now. Brunson is solid.
We are being told RJ is playing through a sickness. I wouldn’t say Randle is carrying us as Brunson has been the guy who seems to take over when it matters most. Grimes will have to eventually get rotation minutes but it may have to be over Drose eventually. In a rotation of Mitch, Randle, RJ, Cam, and Brunson with Quickley, Grimes, Obi and hart off the bench, it should be a much better defensive and shooting rotation with only Brunson as a small defensive guard. The rest of the rotation has size and length. But rose is playing well enough so it can’t be done yet.
100%
I'm jazzed to see a lineup of defensive lineup of IQ, Grimes, Cam, Randle, Mitch/Sims at end of games.
Agree, nine has always made sense to me.
A big to backup the PF/C, a wing to backup the SG/SF, a PG to run the unit and the best specialist or player at 9.
Would the Lakers take a Grimes, Mitch, Fournier Rose package for Westbrook and two number ones?

Lakers aren’t moving those picks for anything less than a star. A Beal level player.

It’s deja vu all over again
And then Grimes comes back and looks great…

Yes! He will have some rough spots and has to play into it but he looked really good in the 1st half.
How about iHart and Sims getting minutes together in the Second Q? Unexpected!
It's 26 games in the season, and the Knicks should be playing a 10 Man rotation having TWO-unit lineups building chemistry together before the midseason games .. that's if the Knicks number one plan were to make the playoffs this season.
20 games in the season Thibs start running a 9 man rotation, then 40 games into the season Thibs run a 8 man rotation.
That's a 30 win season.
The Knicks no star roster should be playing a 10 man rotation throughout the first half of the season to have 12 heathy players playing on the same-page by the midseason games to fight for a top playoff seed.
However ....
The Knicks missed out on a trade for Star Donovan Mitchell .. so the Knicks (Leon Rose) are confident in getting a trade for a star player throughout the regular season. Not a winning player, just a star player.

Looked pretty good too.
I don’t know. I thought it looked really clunky. I don’t understand why Fournier and reddish are completely shut down. They are odd men out of a fully healthy rotation, but what’s the point of having all this depth if we aren’t going to use it when we are down people. Toppin isn’t going to be out just a couple of games. There needs to be a better plan than playing the centers together.

I agree it looked a bit clunky but that is to be expect since I don't think they have much time playing with each other. I seen a play where Sims was going to the center starting position but Hart had to push him towards the PF starting position.
On the Rose, Cam and Evan not playing even though we are short handed part. I am guessing they have trades lined up and are waiting for Dec 15 where more player become available to trade before finalizing it. One thing this FO does not do is wait for the deadline to make trades.

Kemet, you are like the drunk uncle who says random things that make zero sense and everyone at the dinner table tries to ignore but you keep droning on.
When do you start making some semblance of sense?
Kemet, you may find that this one speaks to you
