I think a year out the league would probably be the best route for now.

I don’t see if she followed through on filing criminal charges.

Last I read, the SA police were conducting an investigation. Who knows if anything happens?

Looks like it’s all settled

On Thursday, Cauthen’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, confirmed that his client, the NBA organization and 19-year-old Primo “have agreed to resolve” the matter, according to The Athletic. Details about the settlement were not disclosed.

Not settled

Tom Orsborn: From Bexar County Sheriff’s Department regarding its investigation of Primo: “An interview of (Hillary Cauthen) was scheduled and conducted on November 3…The complainant’s account is being investigated and evidence is being sought. At this time, the investigation is ongoing.” – via Twitter tom_orsborn

Ty Jager: According to Bexar County public records, a “notice of non-suit with prejudice as to defendant San Antonio Spurs, L.L.C. only” has been filed. Dr.Cauthen has withdrawn her suit specifically as to the claims against the Spurs. She is still asserting her claims against Josh Primo.

Can he even play???
technomaster @ 11/17/2022 9:42 PM
His scouting report compared him to Gary Trent Jr and Anfernee Simons.
6'4" barefoot, 6'5" wingspan.

So far he has not been good in the NBA. Over 50+ games played, 19+mpg: 37%FG, 30%3pt
