This and the games after against Atlanta are big games for the Knicks. Mitchell and Trae aren’t going to show any mercy to the Knicks so if they don’t play well the score will be inflated against them.

Why did Danny Ainge trade Spida ? Utah should have kept him. They could have traded for Sexton and Markannon with draft picks and rebuilt the team already

Donovan Mitchell is good. He did get torched in the last playoffs by Brunson. Never got his team to Western Conf finals but maybe it was more than just him.
Maybe Ainge and Jazz know more about Donovan than most.
Donovan seems to be more the complimentary #2 on a deep playoff team, one who is undersized and lacks a lot of defense.

If I had been Utah would have moved on with Mitchell and a few other trades with tons of draft picks going forward. I think that was their original plan and they pivoted. They could have gotten players to rebuild that team and maximize Spidas strengths andinimide his weaknesses. But that's Utah's problem.
Interesting that Quick and McBride were the 1st guards off the bench. I like it. Lets see what they can do.
Randle is so lucky RJ is in the squad. Randle has rehabbed his image somewhat and his play is almost forgiveable. I am now hoping we trade RJ. I will pair Obi with RJ to free space for Cam and some wings from the draft.
