Knicks · The amount of bad signings and pick player trades is piling up (page 1)

This FO is kicking a lot of cans down the road and none of these moves make the team significantly better in the short or long term. They have the benefit of one of the best cap guys in the league, and yet here we are again with zero flexibility and looking to attach assets to move contracts. We have to be getting near the end of Leon Rose and WWW if none of this ever adds up to improving our win loss record

Lol. There was an article with a cap schedule showing how moves like attaching IQ or Cam to a Fournier trade has no effect on getting us under the cap. All it really does is attach an asset to erase another bad signing.

Knicks still have a ton of flexibility. They have been far from perfect but aren’t stuck in the mud by any means.

I find the aggregate type articles not very informative and mostly clickbait.

Why would the Knicks even consider attaching IQ/Cam or a first just to move Fournier if there is literally zero benefit? So it's hypothetical that has no reality.

I mean, do you think the Knicks are considering something like that?

I hope not because that would be a bridge to far for me.

The FO has definitely taken some risks in trades, but they don't do stuff like that. No idea why media would put something like that together unless it's just to get clicks

We have the worse FO in the league. Horrible talent evaluators. They must have an allergy to good shooters...we haven't have any in a while. The sad part I don't think there's anybody there that can make these people accountable...they just keep plotting along!

<crickets> after Grimes shoots 72% tonight.

Plodding along. I suspect if they were "plotting along," it would be a good thing.
