Hate the deal because you’re overpaying him in the offseason. Lot of miles there.
Even with Trent included which is nice for bench scoring makes the team very small.
We would become an unbelievably tough out though. One more scorer off the bench and this team can beat anyone.
Where the heck would FVV play anyway? Off the bench? This is a dumb idea and false rumor.

Thanks for the context Hofstra! I think we can rightfully shrug this off as bs. People were concerned about a small backcourt with Brunson/Mitchell and now want us to believe we'll go Brunson/FVV? Even as a 6th man...no.

Is it really good asset management by him if his back court is about to free up, OG will need to be paid, and they are not peforming up to potential?
They can talk all day about how they are not selling at discount, but either they start paying players, trade them, or they walk.

I'd like to see Rose, Fournier and Cam to lakers for a first and westbrook (and let WB expire).
Brunson and FVV are essentially the same archtype player. Today, at least head to head, it would seem that FVV > JB. But the deal doesn't make much sense because I can't see the two together in the same lineup so, you would only be getting shots from one at the cost of the other. It kind of creates a bad situation for both players.
Saw this and immediately thought that it was from someone other than the regular beat guys...which it is.....Although love FVV...not having a backcourt 6ft and under...only make sense if it is part of a three or four team deal...
