Yup, many NBA fans and observers are fixated on perception over results.
As I say often elsewhere, the 2022 Cavs had the same record as the 2023 Cavs this point in the season.
70 point games are fun, but...

And nobody thinks Donovan would not be up for playing in MSG in the playoffs? They team that did not go all in on him? Passed him in the draft? Did not bring him home? Revenge factor for him after being embarassed last year? Or we so fanboy up our own asses we don't see it until it's done and we get all mad and need to blame someone?

I still do not like this Hart trade. I'll still root for him but I don't like it. Mainly cause it will effect Grimes and especially Deuce and I don't think it will help us that much. I don't think RJ's starting spot and minutes will be effected at all. If I had to guess I think Hart will take over for Grimes at the 2 real soon and get his 30 minutes plus. Grimes will be demoted to play 15 or so minutes off the bench and Deuce will go into that situational role and never play.

We're not beating the Cavs in a playoff series! LOL Maybe we can make it competitive and make it a 6 games series (if Randle plays well) but I can't see us winning that. But between them and Philly and Milwaukee, yeah Cleveland is the easier opponent. We'd get swept or lose in 5 to Philly and especially Milwaukee.

Josh Hart = Derrick Rose 2020-21 impact?

Knicks are 2-1 against Cavs this season.

Mitchell's got 3 first round exits in 4 seasons on his resume.
I'll sign up for him taking it personal.

Knicks are 2-1 against Cavs this season.
And also 2-1 against Philadelphia.
But yea in regards to Josh Hart? Him becoming the NBA's most dominant rebounding wing player shouldn't be a shocker to anyone, see below....
They were all awesome kids but Josh Hart was actually the best (overall) player on that Villanova Championship winning squad.
