I'm looking at experience. I saw a few guys that stood out Ariza, Ibaka, Stephenson (although his crazy ass needs a much stronger leader than we possess), Dedmon, Tony Snell, Avery Bradley, Stanley Johnson...I if they cant get dead eye shooters, they need solid defenders to throw at teams.
