Okeke continues to intrigue me. Obviously we know what Warren might bring, but Okeke's defensive numbers (1.6 stls, 1.5 blocks) along with his playmaking (almost 5 assists) look really intriguing. He was supposed to be that kind of player coming of college - someone with a decent corner 3, but good all around 2 way skills.

Forgot that Okeke was drafted 16th or something by Orlando?

Yup he was coming off injury and his development stalled bc of injury, but he was basically billed as a poor man's Igoudala. Good playmaking, creates turnovers and deflections on D with his length and hits from the corners. In a lot of ways the raw materials/skillset to fill in for OG in case of injury - in terms of bringing those types of skills to the floor.

Warren obviously a known quantity who can score, but not necessarily a hedge against what our wings currently do for us if any of them has to miss time. He's more of a player who could add scoring punch / create his own shot on the 2nd unit.

I don’t think Dadiet will get time this year, as expected, for me at least.

Do wonder about Okeke, TJ, and even Toppin.

Well, he is the enemy now… but he’s a top 10 favorite Knick for me.

And taking the bigger payday was understandable.

They should hook up Clyde’s mic to the arena sound system.

Incoming generation that will speak just like Clyde.

The kid is 19, you giving him a "dud" label already?
Thibs gave an opportunity earlier in the season, he won't be a teenage phenom is true, but like that was the plan?
On to the next hope. I get it. Be nice if we can get the bench together by the end of the season.

No player in NBA history who is 6-foot-8 or shorter has ever averaged at least 14 points, nine rebounds, five assists and a steal while shooting above 50 percent from the field and 35 percent from 3. Hart is on pace to do that, and he’s only 6-foot-4. Read that again. The only players to ever record those minimums over a whole season are Joel Embiid, Nikola Jokić and Larry Bird.

Nice.
